Sectorlink Buckham Alley Project
Buckham Alley (between First and Second Streets)

Description of Project:
The former Buckham Alley Theatre building is being redeveloped by a local Holly, Michigan company which houses servers for other companies. Sectorlink which was formed in 1996 chose the location because of its vicinity to AT&T which provides fiber-optic cable from its building just 200 yards away in the downtown area.

The 100 year old building was the original home to the Princess Manufacturing Co., which made women’s skirts and petticoats. Sectorlink will use the lower and main levels and has not yet determined the use for the third floor. The project is located across the “alley” from another major redevelopment project in downtown Flint called the Rowe project, which will bring more than 120 engineers to the downtown area as well as provide upscale loft living, restaurants, and nightclubs.

Sectorlink is a leader in web hosting and managed dedicated server services, maintains it own data centers and employees, and does not re-sell web hosting and dedicated server services from other companies.
